James Rollo is the president of Competitive Advantage Consultants,
Inc. Rollo has over 24 years of organization development experience, including 10 years of internal
consulting experience with Cummins Engine Company. Rollo specializes in team building, performance
management and management development. Rollo has been a consultant to the formation of office and
factory teams at General Electric, Cummins Engine Company, Scott Paper Company, Lakeland Regional
Hospital, Consolidated Diesel, Bell Atlantic Telephone, Standard Products, Rohm & Haas, AT&T, Alcoa,
Lubrizol, NASA and Holmes Regional Medical Center, with experience in both union and non-union settings.
